10th Street Business Park - Three Phases

Macatee Engineering designed paving, drainage and utility improvements in this 40-acre industrial development. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer for six 100,000-square foot warehouses. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
