Macatee Engineering designed and performed construction management for paving, drainage and utility improvements in a 22-lot single-family townhouse subdivision. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
