BUZZ Lofts Cedars District Downtown Dallas

Macatee Engineering designed the paving, drainage, and utility improvements for this 49-lot townhouse development in the Cedars TIF District to the south of downtown Dallas. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer. Macatee Engineering provided civil drawings for inclusion in City TIF submittals for this particular planned district.
