Albertson's Food Store

Macatee Engineering performed platting and design for this 9.4-acre site which includes an Albertsons Store, 3,000 square feet of retail space, a gas-convenience store and a restaurant pad. Design included water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading and drainage improvements as well as preparation of plans for a 500-foot waterline bore under S.H. 114. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
