AVW-TELAV-Audio Video Solutions, Pinnacle Park, Dallas - Office/Warehouse

Macatee Engineering performed design and surveying services for this 110,000-square foot office/warehouse development located on 5.88-acres off State Highway 180 in Pinnacle Park, Dallas.  Design included onsite and offsite grading, drainage, utilities, paving, dimensional control and erosion control.  Additional permitting with Texas Department of Transportaion was necessary due to the project being adjacent to State Highway 180; in addition, we obtained an Escaprment Development Permit for the project.
