Bear Creek Self Storage Facility

Macatee Engineering performed the platting and design for this storage facility on a 7.5-acre site in Euless. Design included grading, paving, dimension control, drainage, storm, a detention pond, erosion control, water and wastewater plans. A driveway design was also required and approved through Texas Department of Transportation for access to SH360. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
