Coppell Trade Center

Macatee Engineering designed 700,000 square feet of warehouse in multiple buildings located on 40.65-acres in Coppell. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; and providing construction staking.
