Enclave at Grove Hill 194-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed paving, drainage and utility improvements in a 194-lot subdivision on this 48.9-acre single-family tract.  Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water, and sanitary sewer.  Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
