Macatee Engineering designed 134 lots and 4 landscaped common areas on this 31-acre single-family residential development site. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, turn lane construction design coordinated with Texas Department of Transportation (Spur 244), a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
