Exall Park Area 101-Lots - 5 Townhouse Developments

Macatee Engineering designed the paving, drainage and utility improvements for five different townhouse developments totaling 101 lots in the Exall Park area just north of downtown Dallas. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; and providing construction staking.
