Macatee Engineering performed the platting and design for this 5 building office complex totaling 28,000 square feet of single-story office space on 2.96 acres in the Hebron / SH 121 area. Design included grading, paving, dimension control, drainage, storm, erosion control, water and wastewater plans. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
