Freeman Honda Dealership Expansion

Macatee Engineering performed platting and design services for this 7.085-acre car dealership site on IH20.  Design included grading, drainage area map and calculations, storm sewer plan, water and wastewater, paving and dimensional control, erosion control, tree protection and removal plans.  The site location required permitting with Texas Department of Transportation for a driveway permit.
