Macatee Engineering performed the platting, design and engineering for four office/warehouse buildings on two tracts of land in Plano. Design consisted of the following plans: Dimensional Control, Grading, Onsite Drainage, Channel Improvement, Paving, Erosion Control and Utility. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
