Macatee Engineering performed the platting and design for 2 buildings totaling 273,200 sq. ft. of office space on this 9.9-acre site at Plano Road and Lookout in Richardson. Design included grading, paving, dimension control, drainage, storm, erosion control, water and wastewater plans, a median opening and turn lane plan for Plano Road. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; and providing construction staking.
