Macatee Engineering performed design services for this 125-acre subdivision development in Talty, close to Terrell, Texas.  The 67-lot development with one-acre lot minimums required permitting through the Texas Department of Transportation for a road connection to FM 148.  Design included site layout and platting, mass grading, lot grading, drainage area map with ditch and culvert calculations, paving and erosion control.
