Mallard Reserve 15-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed 15 half-acre lots plus 3 common areas on this 7.74-acre single-family residential development site near the west bank of Lake Ray Hubbard in Rockwall County. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan, an erosion control plan and design of a lift station to serve a 200-acre drainage basin. Surveying services were performed by others on this project. Macatee Engineering assisted in preparing a facilities agreement between the developer and the city.
