Prairie Creek Estates 113-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed 113 lots on this 30.2-acre single-family residential development site. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents. Macatee Engineering obtained a LOMA from FEMA for this development.
