Prairie Creek North 439-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering has completed design of 267 lots on 80.5 acres of this 439-lot, 133-acre multi-phased, single-family residential project in Dallas. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
