Macatee Engineering performed the platting and design for this 3.8-acre site which includes a Sherwin Williams Paint Store, 85,000 square feet of retail space, and a 55,000 square foot lot open for development. Design included paving, dimension control, traffic, grading, erosion control, drainage, storm, water and wastewater improvements. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
