Shores of Eastern Hills No. 4, 5 & 6 177-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed paving, drainage and utility improvements in a 177-lot subdivision on this 70-plus acre single-family tract. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
