Southridge & Stonecrest Additions, 158-Lot Subdivisions in Valley Ranch

Macatee Engineering designed paving, drainage, and utility improvements for three single-family subdivisions totaling 158 lots. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
