Macatee Engineering performed design services for this senior living development on 7.35-acres in the Pecan Creek area of Gainesville.  the development contains 19 4-plex units plus a leasing office/clubhouse.  Macatee Engineering prepared a flood study for the development and a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) from FEMA due to the 100-year flood plain elevations around Pecan Creek. Design included mass grading, borrow area grading, paving, dimensional control, drainage area map, drainage calculations, water and watsewater, and erosion control.
