Trinity Forest Estates 125-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed 125 lots on this 50-acre single-family residential development site. Design included grading, water, sanitary sewer and drainage improvements, a lot grading plan and an erosion control plan. In addition, a LOMR was obtained from FEMA for the development. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
