University Office Park
Macatee Engineering performed the platting and design for the Atrium III building in the University Office Park at 1600 N. Collins in Richardson. Design for this 4-story building totaling 2,668 square feet on 5.73 acres included grading, paving, dimension control, drainage, storm, erosion control, water and wastewater plans. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents.
