Victorian Forest Estates 93-Lot Single Family Subdivision

Macatee Engineering designed paving, drainage and utility improvements in a 93-lot subdivision in this 25-acre single-family tract. Design included grading, storm drainage, paving, water and sanitary sewer. Surveying services included performing boundary and topographic surveys; preparing preliminary and final plats; providing construction staking; and preparing easement documents. Macatee Engineering obtained a LOMA from FEMA for this development.
