Willow Pond Addition 171-Lot Subdivision Plus 5000 ft. Divided Boulevard

Macatee Engineering designed 171 lots plus 4 lakes and common areas on this 43-acre single-family residential development site. Design included grading, onsite water and sanitary sewer, paving, erosion control, and lakes, dam and emergency overflow plans. A 100 ft.-wide collector road approximately 5000 ft. long was also designed including drainage, water, wastewater and paving improvements.
